- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Suck it up Buttercup, it's the US Postal Service & it's right here on Old Milton Pkwy. This place is busy dealing with long lines & type Alpha-tater folks... If you don't like it, goto Webb Bridge, it's super less busy.. It's warm in here, we need the ceiling fans on, that's why only 4, not 5 stars...By JP Carter, July 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to mail a letter at outside drive up box a 9am on Sun. Didn't hear it drop so reached in shoot... it was stuffed and I could pull out all kinds off mailed letters and envelopes but couldn't find mine. It needed to be postmarked by Mon. This box said it was emptied 3-4 times a day. How did it fill to the top on a Sat night. Not sure this post office is reliable at getting mail out. Tried to call someone....what a joke. Just read reviews while looking up phone #. There is probably nothing to do about this poorly run PO.By Bill Barringer, January 29, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't understand why someone can't simply ring the doorbell. Then it takes 2 hours to get hold of customer service that gives you a wrong number and location (which both locations don't answer phones). I went to a location for help and the manager calls me a liar, saying everyone tells us they don't hear the doorbell. I work from home and even a camera shows the carrier not ringing the bell. I'm closing my business account with the post office!! 6 figures I spend with them and to be called a liar when I'm telling the truth isn't the kind of people I want to help pay their salary and benefits.
