- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible Service I sent an urgent ups next delivery though them and it reached the recipient after 3 days. It was of no use receiving then. I went and complained to them and they said they will work with UPS and issue me money back to my credit card. I got the refund later. Now just got a message from bank who issued the credit that they are taking the credit back as this UPS store is claiming that they never received a complaint from me. DO NOT STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE FOR THE BUSINESS YOU DIDNT DO.By B Bal, September 11, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had the pleasure of using this location as mailing address for a few years now. The employees are consistently pleasant to work with. When I have had to ship items, they have been patient and quick to offer advice and instruction. I have recommended this location to numerous friends and plan to continue to do so. I have no idea why some of the reviews are bad other than they are just 3+ years old. I have not seen anything to warrant these scores.By Robert Montgomery, January 15, 2017
